“Las Manos del Mundo” will take place at the exhibition center Expo Reforma; which is located on Morelos Av. 67, Col. Juárez, C.P. 06600 in Mexico City, only a block away from Paseo de la Reforma Av. in the very heart of the city. This facility is known by most of the Mexican population, thanks to a large number of events hosted there year long
 

The cost per m2 will be $234.00 USD, with a single access to the stand and $245.00 USD with dual access (corners). Registration fee is $100.00 USD or its equivalent in pesos to the day of the deposit exchange rate. If required invoice, an extra charge of 15% IVA must be taken into consideration

• For nationals exhibitors, deposits must be made in Mexican Pesos (MXN):

Once he has received our invitation to participate in the event, the exhibitor must respond via e-mail by attaching the Registration Form scanned and signed, which must be filled out using a computer, type writer or print writing. The exhibitor must also attach the payment receipt. Once this information is received, procedures to follow will be sent.
 

Modular booth sizes: 9 m2 (3 X 3) (minimum), 18 m2 (6 X 3), 36 m2 (6 X 6), 54 m2 (9 X 6). In case of requiring a different size from the proposed above, the exhibitor must send its request attached to the registration form and payment receipt.

Booth includes: dividing walls, company name in the marquee, illumination (slim line lamps), and electrical socket 500 Watts 120 / 220 V. The furniture consists of 1 table and 2 chairs, carpeted floor, security staff, cleaning staff, ambulance with paramedical staff personnel and civil liability insurance. Free sides (dual access) will be assigned according to availability and early payment, and adjusted to the technical requirements and overall organization of the fair.
 

Lodging cost considering 7 days, 6 nights, which is the duration time of the event, was obtained at a preferential rate exclusively for exhibitors participating at the event, only for $679.00 USD, at Fiesta American Reforma Hotel (5 stars) on a double occupancy per room, including breakfast buffet and taxes.
 

1. If the booth is fully payed by September - October 2009, the exhibitor will get a 10% off discount for early payment.
2. If the booth is fully payed by November - December 2009 the exhibitor will get a 5% off discount for early payment.
 

The remaining 50% of the booth cost must be covered entirely no later than January 31st, 2010.
