Instructions of Participation
The Organizing Committee of this event has prepared an Exhibitor's Guide so you can plan, step by step, your participation from a technical and logistical point of view.
Invitations will be sent out to all craftsmen, and if they decide to participate, the registration form must be filled out. Its corresponding payment must be covered as wel.l
The Exhibitor’s Guide will be sent out to all participants, in which they will find all the details and different aspects of the fair, as well as the possible locations of their booth, depending on the size in square meters, the country of origin and crafts exhibited. The participant will choose its location and will cover 50% of the booth’s cost no later than October 31st this year.
The other 50% of the cost should be covered no later than January 31st, 2010. Once the 100% of the payment has been covered, the Organizing Committee will mail you a certificate of participation for the event.
The Organizing Committee has negotiated a package with preferential rates for exhibitors at Fiesta Americana Reforma Hotel (five stars), which is only a few steps away from the fair.
