Assembly and Dismantling
1. Assembly of exhibitors will take place on March 16th, 2010 from 07:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
2. The maneuver courtyard is located in Morelos St., and the entrance and exit for vehicles will be through Abraham González St..
3. Access to the maneuver courtyard will only be allowed to the organizer, authorized staff, and exhibitors at the time indicated for loading and unloading furniture, equipment, supplies, machinery and general load. In case of cue, exhibitors must wait in surrounding areas where powered off parking is allowed.
4. The load elevator use will be supervised exclusively by the staff of Expo Reforma. It will be used according to established schedules for assembly and dismantling. The maximum weight capacity is 1,500 kg. and its measurements are: door: 2.50 m. width, 2.20 m. height. Interior: 2.50 m. width 3.00 m. long and 2.60 m. tall.
5. Without exception, the permanence of any type of vehicle in the maneuver courtyard if no download is taking place is banned; otherwise, the exhibitor in charge will be subject to a penalty and the facility staff will proceed using a crane.
6. Exhibitors and/or staff who forget or abandon any material, equipment or furniture within the facility will be subject to a daily fine up to $1,500 MXN depending on the maneuver performed in removing the material. Las Manos del Mundo and Expo Reforma are not responsible for lost equipment and/or furniture not withdrawn by the exhibitor during the dismantling day.
7. Load instruments used within the installations and leased areas of Expo Reforma, must be supervised in use by its staff.
8. Furniture, equipment, material, machinery and/or general load exceeding 250 kg. or requiring special transportation, must be carefully handled in order to avoid harming the carpet, floor or other elements. Also, installation of such items will be coordinated and supervised by the staff of Expo Reforma. (Any damage inflicted to the carpet or floor will have an extra cost).
9. All machinery and/or heavy equipment must be supported on rubber bearings or some other similar material to hedge and protect the floor. If necessary, load flooring and/or platforms will be distributed, to prevent weight pressure from exceeding the floor capacity. The resistance of areas and/or spaces on each floor is of 250 kg. per m2.
10. Las Manos del Mundo will not provide the exhibitors with any additional cellar except from the hired booth, if you require it; cellars must be requested in advance and will be charged at a cost per m2 according to the requested area.
11. The placement of blankets, banners, advertisements and all other signaling supported from the ceiling beams must be made with fastening elements authorized by the facility. Hanging elements must not exceed 5 kg. each. In case the load is heavier, the exhibitor must consult the staff of Expo Reforma and deliver the material to the facility with at least 5 days of anticipation before the event.
12. Dismantling will take place on March 22nd 2010 from 07:00 am. to 6:00 pm. Following this schedule will be responsibility of the exhibitor. In case some exhibitor does not finish the withdrawal of its material within the established schedule, he implicitly empowers the Organizing Committee to withdraw his belongings and materials, with the application of charges involving the aforementioned movement, regardless of the amount stipulated by Expo Reforma.
Note: depending on the development of the event and based on the logistics managed by the staff of Expo Reforma and, with prior authorization, dismounting may begin on March 21st, 2010 after the closure of the event, considering 11:00 pm as the maximum departure time.
13. The electric charge for each 3 X 3 m2 booth is 500 Watts or its equivalent. If the exhibitor requires a higher charge, he must undertake an additional charge that will not be included in the price of the booth.
14. Las Manos del Mundo and/or Expo Reforma will not be responsible by voltage fluctuations or electric flow interruptions, so the exhibitor must count with voltage regulators and extra power sources to protect equipment sensitive to voltage changes.
15. All installation, electrical equipment or computers must comply with the requirements of the official electrical installations rules. Only rugged-use cable and suitable cable are allowed for any type of electrical installation. Las Manos del Mundo and/or Expo Reforma will not be liable for damages to computers or equipment connected improperly by the exhibitor, his staff or contractor.
16. Any type of special installation requested by the exhibitor will have to be supervised by the Organizing Committee and staff of Expo Reforma.
