General Regulation


The exhibitor undertakes to:

1. Must be present at the scheduled date and time.

2. Leave his stand at the date and established hours.

3. The exhibitor and his staff undertake to use an exhibitor’s badge, provided by the Organizing Committee, during his stay at the event.

4. The exhibitor and his staff must arrive daily during the event at 11:00 am.

5. The exhibitor and his staff must leave the area of the facility no more than 10 min. later from the time fixed (9:30 pm) on March 17th to 20th, 2010. On March 21st, 2010 the maximum time to leave the facility will be 11:00 pm. (Soliciting previous authorization).

6. The event schedule will be from 11:30 am until 9:30 pm for general public entrance, during the 5 days of the exhibition.

7. There are designated areas to purchase food, beverages and snacks in specific locations within the facility (cafeterias), so no exhibitor or visitor may consume foods and beverages within the exhibition rooms.

8. The exhibitor cannot exceed the designed measurements of the stand, set part of his booth’s decoration or any type of furniture outside the planned limits of the booth; neither can he meet and arrange his sales outside the designated perimeter.

9. The volume of speakers or any other sound equipment must be set under noise levels, in order to avoid bothering or damaging other exhibitors (90 dB maximum).
